UTI Capital's Private Equity has invested Rs. 100 crore in IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services Ltd. through a share subscription arrangement.
The fresh investment will help IOT meet its capital requirements for various projects including the over 1.4 million kilolitre capacity petroleum product facility at Indian Oil Corporation's (IOC) 15 million MTPA Refinery in Paradip, Orissa and the proposed 1,92,520 kilolitre capacity Common User Terminal in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
IOT was presented the prestigious Golden Lighthouse award, a benchmark for excellence sought after among Oiltanking's 72 terminals in 22 countries.
The Golden Lighthouse Award is based on Oiltanking's strict KPI measures that include active near-miss reporting and is awarded to the terminal or company that shows exemplary HSSE performance during the year.
The new IOT office was inaugurated on March 31, 2011. Also known as IOT House, this office is occupied by IOT Design and Engineering (IOTDE), IOT's Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), Terminalling and IOT Engineering Projects (IOTEP).
