Katoen Natie IOT Logistics Ltd. (KTN-IOT) is a joint venture (JV) between Katoen Natie (KTN) and IOT with KTN holding 51% interest and IOT the balance 49%. The partnership was formed to provide total logistics solutions for polymers and solid specialty chemicals in India by owning, developing, operating and maintaining storage, handling, packing and transport facilities.

Katoen Natie is one of the world's leading polyolefin handling companies with over 25 years’ experience in operating and maintaining on-site/off-site logistics terminals for polymers worldwide. KTN's client list includes the world's leading polymer producers like Exxon Mobil, Ineos, Total Petrochemicals, Bayer and DOW Chemicals.

India’s fast-growing economy and potential for polymers offers good market visibility for the JV. Moreover, IOT’s extensive network in India along with its knowledge of grass-root realities and conditions in the country ensures effective business development, professional management of projects and timely completion of projects for the joint venture.
